City of Rolling Hills

Ordinance Information Unavailable on Website

When the Mayor drives up and YELLS at you from inside his car, and proceeds to reprimand you after introducing  himself as "I am the Mayor of Rolling Hills" and does not identify himself by name only his title,  why am I to believe this screaming manic when he tells me this is a violation of Rolling Hills ordinance and does not present me with a written regulation nor can I find said regulation on this website.  Please be professional and post this information ANYWHERE so we, the people living here can verify that this thug can back up what he is saying.  This is the third time this person has accosted me in my own front yard in this manner.  My other issue is this, he is a man...he should talk to the man of the house...or is he afraid another man might not take his bullshit.  Second suggestion, Mr. Mayor, when you reprimand your neighbors, please have written documentation to present at that moment or go home, get it, and go back to "do your job".  You are rude, unprofessional, and an utter embarrassment to the neighborhood. Next time, get out of your car to talk to me with something to back up what you are saying because I am not going to take just your word anymore.  I have researched and gooled everything you have told me and have found absolutely NOTHING, not even in the Louisville Metro Ordinances which are online to back up anything you have told me.

I don't know the Mayor real well but he promptly took care of a couple concerns I have had over the years here in Rolling Hills. You did not state the violation in the rant and rave over the mayor, so I'm guessing maybe you were speeding or have a messed up lawn or maybe sorta sensitive, but it sounds like the 3rd time the City Mayor had to approach you about whatever you are doing wrong in the neighborhood. I do know the mayor has the right to inflect his voice (by yelling) to get the attention of someone speeding because a kid could get run over. The mayor and everyone else can't tolerate the speeding, heck I yell at the speeders too, a child hit by a speeding car is something nobody wants. So if its speeding you did wrong or just a yard that is an eyesore, I think the mayor is looking out for the neighborhood as whole, for everyone, so the method he uses to get your attention for a reprimand hopefully helped. Myself and others think our mayor is pretty squared away and is proactive.

Good luck in whatever needs to be corrected
