Each year when we have our gutters cleaned our roof contractor has been indicating that our roof is nearing its end of usable life.

I would appreciate it if the board and/or architectural and landscape commitee could coordinate a group price for roof replacement.  Each homeowner would have the opportunity to opt-in/out of the group and then we could put the whole project out to bid, getting a significant cost savings.  This would also give the board an opportunity to specify the materials to be used, appearance, etc.
