The good news: RHCA's budget has no deficits. We are in the black. The bad news: If allowed to continue or grow our exspendicters will undermine the stability of this budget. This makes giving newsletters to the entire community (members or not) unaffordable. The board of directors argues that curbing spending will prevent financial problems. They are right! The revenues are down primarily as a result of the growing cost and lost of income due to the recession and lost of membership. The "Projected" budget for 2010 tell us if RHCA is to be committed to delivering the same standard of service then cuts must be made. If not the newsletter, where? The simple truth is that responsible stewardship is required by the younger generation for sustaining this association and community. We need help!
