The Laws are changing the right to Vote
Where do you stand, politically.... Democrat, Republican,
or Independent. Unfortunately, too many people still denigrate groups of which they are not a part. Know this: not all of any group is all bad (even Republicans) Even if you are part of a group you must speak your own mind. We have had allies from all walks of American politics. A Republican President feed the salves. Many non-union people have forgotten or never learned that most worker have job-related healtcare, job safety regulations and a 40-hour work week because of a Union!
Surprisingly this new GOP is out to get unions, police, fireman, teachers, public workers, Democrats, Republicans, and Independents. You see what is happening they are treating people, regardless of who they are (or how it hurts) with contempt, and even outright hostility! This must end; 40% of Americans have yet to form an opinion on what to do to balance the budget. But most polls reveal that the majority of Americans oppose cutting public education, public employee's pay and benefits and illegal firings without due process.
As Americans we all have the same rights (rich or poor) to a FREE, quality, public education, all the benefits from the taxes we paid and the right to VOTE. Any attempt by anyone to take these away, creation of criteria or codes to stop, suppress, and Deny our rights must be met with force. Please speak with all you know and tell them to stand and exercise their ( hard-won) right with you. We must join together in one public outcry to stop privatization of what should be public, unjustified changing of laws and any illegal decisions to suppress our right to vote! Together we can win!
