How Your Association Works for you. When some owners in your community don't support your association (if you have one) They are not paying their fair share, it affects everyone—and could have negative financial consequences such as one day there Will no longer be a community association!! Fact communities with associations have higher property values. NO ASSOCIATION decrease property values.
Spring 2012
Dear Residents,
Roseland Heights has long been one of Chicago’s nicest neighborhoods.. Last year, we started a turnaround program. The largest issues were no money, no volunteers and the inability to work together. My report on the progress and challenges of RHCA's first turnaround year is as follows:
Limiting news letters saved money... but many paying members died or did not support. Nationally, RHCA faces a thorny dilemma: We are losing our higher-performing members, driving down enrollment membership and raising tough policy questions for the future.
The turnaround vision was to the make the community look better. (Clean up the park, along 99th Street and finish community gardens.) We had some turnaround accomplishments but so far the strategy moving forward can't do better because of lack of volunteers.
Beating the odds
A special push will be made in 2012. We want to work during Winter Break on a plan for the 2012 turnaround program.
If you would like to work on this committee with recommendations for RHCA, plans to overhaul and improve, efforts to raise the level of the place that you live, come join our Forums ( just two this winter maybe held over breakfast.. in Dec. Jan.)
