Ross Quail Neighborhood Association

Block captains are needed for each cove in the subdivision.   Please post your interest in being a block captain.  Block captains are responsible for helping to communicate neighborhood activities and information to neighbors on their assigned block. We can set up a convenient time to do Block Captain training once we have persons interested in serving.  It's a great way to get to know your neighbors and help build a better community.
