Roundtree Ranch is a Kaufman and Broad designed community located on West Olive Avenue between 83rd and 79th Avenues. The 225 home development is supported by a Homeowners Association in conjunction with City Property Management.

Monthly meetings are held to discuss Association issues; all homeowners are welcome to attend. The annual meeting for the selection of officers is held in March.

The Homeowners' Association is committed to keeping a safe and beautiful neighborhood for our families to grow in.
