CALL TO ORDER
The meeting of the Roundtree Ranch Homeowners Association on was called to order at 6:31 p.m. by Mr. Pittman.
GENERAL DISCUSSION
Mr. Pittman opened the meeting to homeowners to present any issues or questions to the board. These issues are as follows:
Questions about making Roundtree Ranch a gated community, the dead end signs at Hatcher and 82nd Lane, speed bumps, a second bulletin board and the possibility of homeowners to use the bulletin board to advertise, and what were the prospects of vacant lot at 83rd and Olive.
At this time there is no plan to make Roundtree Ranch a gated community. The expense is just too great. Mr. Pittman is working with the City of Peoria to replace the Dead End signs at the west end of Hatcher. The Board may consider putting another bulletin board on the west side of 81st Ave. Also it was discussed that if homeowners within Roundtree Ranch want to advertise on the bulletin board, a sign 5x7 could be placed on the bulletin board. A homeowner would have to contact a Board member to get access. The City of Peoria is currently measuring speed and traffic volume within Roundtree Ranch. If the City feels Roundtree Ranch meets requirements, speed bumps will be installed. At the present time the vacant lot at 83rd and Olive is for sale, no one on the Board knows of any proposed uses for this land.
ATTENDANCE AWARD
Lots 67, 130, and 28 were drawn. None of these homeowners were present. The attendance award will increase to $125 for May 2005.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at 6:45 p.m.
