OPEN SESSION MINUTES

CALL TO ORDER
Mr. Radig called the meeting to order at 6:05 p.m.

HOMEOWNER FORUM
There were 6 homeowners present. Two homeowners complained that a neighbor has an inoperable vehicle in the driveway (two separate locations). Mr. Breinig will watch for these on his next tour through the area. One homeowner asked about an unpainted house within RR. Mr. Radig stated that he was unable to comment about the house, but that the Board was aware of it.

REVIEW AND APPROVE MINUTES
Minutes of the October 26, 2005 meeting were reviewed. MOTION for approval by Ms. Steele; second Ms. Thomas. Minutes were APPROVED.

REVIEW AND APPROVE FINANCIALS
The financial records for October 2005 were reviewed. MOTION for approval by Ms. Thomas; second Ms. Steele. Financials were APPROVED.

OFFICER REPORTS

Ms. Steele reported that the December meeting would be held in the Peoria Library on December 21st at 6:00 pm. Ms. Steele also requested the correct IRS code for RRHOA so that she can set up free meetings at the Community Center.



OLD BUSINESS

Mr. Breinig has spoken with the property manager for Pine Crest to the north of Hatcher about placing barriers at the west end of Hatcher. Mr. Breinig is still waiting for a response from the builder at this time.

Discussion was held on the 2006 budget. MOTION for approval by Ms. Steele; second Ms. Thomas. The budget for 2006 was APPROVED.

NEW BUSINESS
None

The Prize Drawing was held. Lots 26, 153 and 128 were chosen. None of these homeowners were present. The prize will be $300 in December. In December lot numbers will be drawn until there is a winner.
