Hello All,
I just spoke with Tom with the Safe Dams Program. He confirmd that Darryl Hatcher has sold the property to a developer. He mentioned that the developer does intend to repair the dam. However, Tom has to send out a new administrative order to the developer to start this process again.
There is no word whether or not the developer intends to restore the lake.
