The New Rush Park Neighborhood Association 2

2007 is the begining of the new and improved Neighborhood Association 2. With all new board members and a fresh begining, we are planning on working with the community as well as city officals and as well as the police to develope the best association we can.

Members of the board are very excited to be part of the team that makes up the New Neighborhood Association 2. We as members of the board care about the neighborhood we all live in. We want to work with members of the neighborhood as a team.We are about making sure your voice is heard, not just deciding what we want, its about what "ALL NEIGHBORS" want.

Make a differance in the Neighborhood

Neighbors of Association2 you can help to improve and make positive changes in your neighborhood. Get involved, every person who lives,or works within the bountaries of Neighborhood Association 2 is automatically a member of the association, so you have a say in what happens in it. The "New and Improved Association 2" board members want to hear what you would like to see happen in your area.

The New and Improved Association2

At the January 2007 meeting new board members were elected. The members of the board are planning on working with their community to make association2 a community that works together, board members and neighbors.We are very passionate about association 2. We hope to get more neighbors involved.The members of the board are here to work for the residence of our neighborhood. This is your neighborhood and we believe you should have the say on what improvements happen.

Community Issues

The Rusch Park Neighborhood Association has been active in many community issues. One of the more prominent is better traffic controls on Antelope Road and Van Maren Lane. Through its work with the City of Citrus Heights, the Rusch Park Neighborhood Association is working on various traffic calming measures to help increase traffic and pedestrian safety within their local community.
