To promote and encourage the safety, improvement and beautification of the Kiest Park Recreation Center.
To provide liaison to, and coordination with, governmental agencies with programs and activities affecting Kiest Park Recreation Center.
To determine the needs and goals of Kiest Park Recreation Center and to promote undertakings to satisfy such needs and achieve such goals.
