WELCOME TO SLATER MILL!

Slater Mill is a wonderful gated swim and tennis community located in West Georgia just 20 minutes outside of the Atlanta Metropolitan area. We are also only three exits from Six Flags of Georgia.

The subdivision is within the Douglasville city limits and is currently planned for approximately 200 homes.  We pride ourselves in having a quiet community-oriented neighborhood that offers the ultimate in privacy and security of the residents.  Most of our homes feature brick facades and are a minimum of 2500 square feet.

Those that choose to live here will truly enjoy the seclusion of the neighborhood from the city of Douglasville and the quick access to Interstate 20.
