Hey, y'all!! Welcome to the newest webpage & resource for South Congress/South Austinites! Having been a Southie myself for nearly ten years, I recently purchased a brand new condo at the Village on Congress, and I am loving it! 78745 is definitely the hot, up-and-coming zip code, and there are new businesses and residences popping up all over. You should stop by my development and take a gander at the properties if you're interested in buying south, and check out the brand new coffee shop -- Red Table Coffee -- that just opened in the retail portion of my building. South Austin is only going to continue to grow and expand, and this site will hopefully be a useful tool for helping to bring the community together and bridge the gaps of communication. Please feel free to offer suggestions or post any information you would like to share with your 78745 neighbors!
