The Ascent at Roebling?’s Bridge exterior construction is nearly complete. This architecturally significant project is expected to be fully completed in 2007. Sales have been brisk with 72% of the 80 units under contract.
The Pulse Loft Condos construction in Old Seminary Square is taking shape with models set to open this April.
The Views, a Joshua One development in the Lewisburg Neighborhood, is under way. Luxury town homes and flats feature dramatic views of the Cincinnati skyline. The first phase is expected to be completed in 2007.
Fidelity Investments?’ new 350,000 sf office building is on schedule for completion in the Fall of this year. This building represents a 40% increase in office space for Fidelity?’s Midwest Region Campus and will house another 1,500 + employees, bringing Fidelity?’s total to 4,200 employees. This will make Fidelity one of Kentucky?’s Top Ten Private Employers.
St. Elizabeth Hospital and HealthPoint Family Care have committed to build a $34 million multi-story state of the art outpatient health care facility that will employ up to 450 people. The facility will be built in Covington along the 10.5 acres that abut Interstate 71/75 near the 12th Street exit.
The Economic Development Department?’s extensive business retention efforts have helped two longtime Covington companies stay in town. ACB American will relocate from Scott Boulevard to long vacant space in the Latonia Shopping Center, resulting in the retention of 70 employees. AGI, an architectural firm with 50 employees, renovated and relocated to a building in downtown.
