re:regarding crime and cars

Thanks, St. Paul observer. Were they on the 35th street bus? north or south bound? Approximately what time? I assume they got off and headed to the valley. Am I correct? We would greatly appreciate this information.

Crime in the Valley

As most of us know there is a group of kids to keep a very close eye on. There is a taller kid who hangs out in the area between 40th and St Paul to the park. Sometimes he's on foot, most of the time in a green four door Dodge Sebring with the music very loud. He will have the car full of kids who do not live in this area and they drive around the Valley up and down the streets and alleys. I would keep your eye out for this kid and his clan.
I also noticed a car over on Clybourn with it's window smashed don't know if this is due to the recent rash of car break-ins, or something else.

More than one smashed window

On Saturday I saw a black car with a smashed out driver window and a broken off side mirror and on Sunday I saw a blazer type vehicle with a broken out back window. Does anyone know when this stuff is happening? I have not seen any kids down there when I am around.
