What's up with all the intersections that have no stop signs? Does this seem unsafe to anyone else?

Stop signs?

I have been working on this for a while now. Unfortunately the city doesn't have a good reporting system for accidents. If someone reports an accident to the police it might not make it to the DMV or ODOT. These systems don't communicate so it doesn't appear that the stop signs are an issue.

I am still in the process of trying to determine where the city gets there info. No one has been able to answer this question for me.

I will keep the list posted when I come up with something.
