Sabin Neighborhood Association

Does the neighborhood association have a land use committee and has this proposed store been discussed?  Has a representative from 7-eleven offered to make a presentation to the neighborhood association?  Is anyone concerned about how this store will effect the neighborhood?  

I wish I'd discovered this site in time. I wasn't happy about it going in, and I'm less happy about the quadrupling of garbage on the streets and amount of noise on the corner from their patrons. Currently I'm disgusted with the amount of noise from their decision to have pressure washing done with gas engine pressure washers between midnight and five in the morning.
