hello sablechase2 homeowners, i have lived in this neighborhood since 1996 and i have seen how it has change. I want an itemized bill for our HOA dues. I want to know why we do not have a park or basketball court for the children. We are paying 350.00 a year. i was told that we have approx. 200 homes in the community. i added this up, that is 70,000.00 a year. I know we pay for lights, garage pickup and taxes but where does all the other money goes too. I feel that if the money is going to where it is suppose too then why the secrets. I want the last past 5 years to be mailed to each home owners. I plan to call and see if this is not mailed to us how i can find out this info. We do not have anything for the neighborhood.
