North Laguna now has a new forum site at: http://www.scancentral.org/ SCAN stands for "Sacramento County Alliance of Neighborhoods." This particular site is where neighbors and neighborhood leaders get together to talk about community issues. North Laguna Creek Neighborhood Association donated funds to get this new site started.
