I have to admit that I agree with you about the speed bumps. I personally don't care for them but if that is what it takes to slow the traffic then so be it. If I had any idea about how crazy the traffic is I probably would have bought somewhere else. I think a stop sign may help the first four or so houses on each side of the street nearest Hackberry but that is about it. I am the 5th house in from the Manzanita end and I can tell you that even when the cars have to stop on Manzanita before making the left on to Verde Cruz it doesn't take them long to get up to speed. I really don't know what other options are available to us but I do know that if it doesn't slow down someone will eventually get hurt. I guess the real problem boils down to reducing the thru traffic. How we can accomplish that I really don't know.
