On Monday, December 21, Cynthia Ann Langrall was out for her routine morning jog. At about 5:45 a.m. she was shot twice and killed at the intersection of 73rd and Donald drives. No one seems to have seen the shooter. And no one seems to know why anyone would harm, let alone kill, Ms. Langrall.
