I hope that this email finds you happy, healthy, and safe.  I have just been informed by our Water Customer Service Advocate Trish Puryear that someone has been reported as posing as a Water Services Employee to gain access to homes.  The man carries City of Phoenix letterhead and a badge.  He has asked for entry into homes using the ruse of testing the water for pharmecuticals.  Please do not let this man into your home. Ms. Puryear explained to me that a Water Department representative would never ask to come into someone's home.  Although the Water Department is currently testing water, they are not taking samples door to door.  The media has been alerted and there will be press releases covering this issue.  Please watch the news broadcasts this evening for further information.
