Speeding has been an issue in Parkwood due to the fact we an open neighborhood, an have the only acess through to Hausmann.  Have talked with police, and neighborhood patrol about speeders, best thing is to take license number and report it to police. Shooting out tires...LOL isn't the fix even if you want too.  Getting petitions up for more speed bumps can help too.  Sadly there has to be a majority of those that agree for something to get done. 

Being aware, reporting, talking...all are helpful.  It is our neighborhood, it is as good or bad as we make it.
