There seems to be a problem with unmoved (unused)/untitled parked vehicles in the division.  a few neighbors have cars the haven't been moved or used in the last two/three years.  One ne neighbor has two cars that haven't been moved at all since 2006 and both have expired tags.  the same neigbor has thre-five suvs and a car that sits on a trailer all the time.  I thought there was a policy aginst that. something needs to be done. it's a hazzard and also painful in getting through the street whicih is not that big.  also another neighbor has a moving van/commercial vehicle that sits in the block and makes it impossible to navigate.  please do something about it.

I too have noticed this.  I have also noticed that high school kids from North Point park in the visitors spots on Tallahassee Place.  I have called the towing company twice, but I do not if they came out.  This has been going on since the beginning of the year.

Perhaps a letter from the HOA to the school addressing this issue could solve this.
