Does anyone else in our community agree that the gates in the back of the community need to be closed and locked?  I have been told that the gates will be locked once the builder gets power back to the gates and once the permits have been pulled.  Well, they have been pulled already and nothing has been done.  We are experiencing a high volume of people that do not live here cutting through Oakleaf or using our park for their own enjoyment.  As for the front gate, this gate should remain closed at all times even during construction.  The builder needs to find a way to let the trades get access to do their work but not to leave it open to the general public all hours of the day.  I thought I moved into a gated community.

What is up with the trades speeding through the community?  This is our home and they need to respect it.

We pay for the gated entry which we technically have 4 as part of the Home Owner Association fee. Therefore we should demand that something be done now!

Yes i live in the conecting community and i would like the locked. we have traffic all day going thru the gates and its not right you have access to our community. for you to pass thru we were told it was a emergency exit i have had my property damaged 3 times since that gate was put up.
