A close professional female friend says wants to move into your Marnia Seagate HOA and appears to very well managed.
She's heard of some minor problems with "visitors parking"; limited space; limited passes, and the HOA have reportedly towed some vehicles in the past and without proper justification; in violation of the CCRs and California Vehicle Code. (I heard of an HOA that contracted with a towing co; it looked proper, but then it was revealed that the HOA got illegal kickbacks from the towing firm. Small events can lead to big events, as they did in that event)..
So I'm just asking if anyone could tell us anything, such as "not true", "true", etc Any info is appreciated.
