My family and I live on Gordon Bernard Cove. This morning around 3:00 a.m. My husband and I were awakened by my car alarm! After checking around my vehicle we found hand prints all over both of our vehicles, and on the garage door windows. The back door of my SUV was ajar, and the interior lights were on when we got outside. Although this was a failed attempt, it was no less an attempt! Just wanted everyone to beware, and to be sure to lock their car doors. Pretty unsettling for our neighborhood. I am contacting the Bartlett PD to ask that they patrol our cove and neighborhood especially late night and early morning hours. I haven't seen them patrolling our neighborhood in quite some time...so maybe they will start.
