Wynthorpe Civic Association just informed us that they hired Aspen Property management to manage our properties in Wynthorpe. Aspen has billed us for 275.00 due by DEC 30, 2012. This has raised our homeowner's fees and shortened the date upon which Wyn Civic Association has billed in the past.

WCA, while fixing the playgrounds and filling a hole under one street lamp on Covington Pl, they never cleaned the streets of snow in 2012 because we never had enough snow that needed cleaning up, the pump in back pond was never fixed to keep the algae out of it.

Yet we're asked to put 275 per year to donate toward 18000.00 snow removal for 2013.

We have never seen a Neighborhood watch person for the last 5 yrs.

Anyone else ticked off about this besides me and my husband!
