After finding our family's "perfect home" I decided to do my homework before committing to buy.  I came across your post and noticed that it was posted in 2013 so I was hoping that you could help me....the home that I found is also on Locust, I was told it is considered "north wrigley" in area code 90807.  How do you like the area? Is it safe? Kid friendly? Any info would be appreciated.
