We need to have a meeting for the New Territories housing division to talk about forming a neighborhood watch.  There have been two Dodge trucks stolen on Lands Point Street in the last year, and a bunch of break ins. This used to be the best area in San Antonio, but it seems that it to has gone to the birds.
