I've notice several community members walking their dogs without a leash.  Please make sure your dogs are leashed when you are walking them.  It is the law - and it keeps safety a top priority.  I recently saw one dog being walked without a leash.  This dog is generally friendly, but last year it did charge at my dog and gave us both a fright.
