There are two serious trip hazards in the sidewalk at corner of se 81st ter and breezewood.  One is painted red and the other is white.  Are there any plans to address this issue?  Troy lives at the corner.  Says it has been like that for years.

The sidewalks within Falcon Pointe are private.  This means that OKC is not responsible for repairing our sidewalks.

All sidewalks that abut Common Areas are the responsibility of the Property Owners Association.

The sidewalk that you are referring to is abutting a private residence.  Therefore the individual who owns this property is responsible for the sidewalk within the abutting right-of-way.

Should a private sidewalk need repair, OKC has a program to assist homeowners' with the cost.  The program details can be found on OKC.GOV
