Who do I speak to about this snow plow situation?  I work as a nanny in a house off vally and Millbrook.  My bosses PAY this neighborhood to have their drive way and neighborhood plowed.  The driveway is NEVER plowed by the time I get to work at 8:30.  Here it is now nearly noon, not a single truck and NOW my car is stuck at the bottom of the driveway.  They are paying for this, they should not have to shovel their drive way.  The neighborhood is treacherous with all these hills and I'm really sick of not being able to get into the drive way and out of the neighborhood.
