Does anyone bank and/or have previously banked with Bank of America and had problems with them.

I'm having a major problem with them doing ''selective'' banking and I'd like to get some feedback to see if this is a patern with them so that I can file a complaint with the BBB.

Thank you.

Just fine

I'm sorry to hear this, I have had nothing but good service from them in the 4+ years I have used them. I would suggest calling their customer service department (unless you have already done this). I had a problem with something just last week and they fixed it within a day or two.

Major Issue's

I have had BofA for about 9 years and loved them up until 2.5 years ago. The problems started off small, they were helpful, heck they even held the mortgage on my last house. I started doing a lot of online banking with them, then out of the blue last January, I started racking up fee's/charges that should not be on my bill(advantage acount)to the tune of a few hundred dollars .After having to go down to the nearest branch I found out that my account type was changed, they tried to tell me that nothing has changed. I asked them to pull up my account from the day it was openned but that was ''not possible'' as they can only go back three years. *BS* I pulled my paperwork from when I first openned this account and went back down and showed them what type of account I openned, they tried to then say that I must have changed it, but couldn't show me when/where/how this happenned and refused to reverse the ccharges/fees they ripped me off for. Needless to say, I no longer bank with BofA- Get out while you still have your sanity
