Resolution?

Was your problem ever resolved? My husband and I are having similar problems as others who have made postings. Enough is enough! We are filing with small claims court tomorrow if we don't have a cashiers check or cash in hand today. We have already contacted our bank for fraud on Richard's part, as well as wrote our situation to Fox4News. Going on two weeks now and our ''check is in the mail''. Did they dump grass clippings into your neighbors yard too?

Feel fortunate you were only had for $290 + tax, Richard took us for $505.

$20 Cut Credit Card Transaction

We paid with a credit card but they could never get the charge to go through. We have canceled the service, but were wondering what to look for on the credit card. Did anyone else successfully pay with a credit card? If so, can they tell me what business name appeared on the charge?
