I have watched our neighborhood decline over the past 20 months. I am disgusted. Prior to March 2009 our neighbors took care of the weeds in their yards. Graffiti wasn't seen it was taken care of so promptly. When Copper Rose became management the neighborhood started to decline. I question whether the management company A.D.A.M. LLC ever drives through this neighborhood. If they do they should be ashamed for not taking care of the obvious problems. If they don't we should get our money back. I am extremely upset. Our property value has gone down because of the economy but it is also going down because it looks so rundown. There are currently 10 homes that have the garage lights out this makes the street less safe. There are numerous homes with graffitti and numerous homes with major weed problems.
We have had no newsletters. This website is a joke it hasn't been updated. The last on line newsletter was November 2009. I doubt that anyone will even see this posting but I am doing this anyway. We used to be a community now we are a group of houses going into disrepair. Very sad and very bad for investment in our homes.
