Mr. Peabody was told to step down by NCCo in March, due to the fact that his house was for sale and it would be a conflict of intrest to obtain services and sign contracts for the upcomming year. I also asked for a letter of resignation months later but never got one. The County instructed the board members to make the first order of business at the next meeting a re-election. The Peabody's were never impeached, and have been thanked numerous times for all of their help over the years.
