I am moving back to Sacramento within the month, my mother is getting older and I want to be near her to take care of her if needed. I seriously want to buy in the Hllsdale Oaks Cmplex, preferably a #1 unit, but want a unit with a small yard area for my chihuahua.

No matter how it ends up I will buy into a good housing situation no worries there... 

I am open to a private sale or pocket listing, I am prepared to offer all cash and a quick closing on a unit. I will begin a complete remodel within the perameters of the CC&R's once purchased and move in.

So anyone whom may be reading this, please spread the word. Im not sure if anyone realy reads this but its worth a try. I am a single male with a dog, no plans of adding any other persons in my unit, I prefer to live alone. I am quiet for the most part and respecful of others and their privacy and expect the same.

I will pay HOA's 2 years ahead as a safety nety as well as the property taxes. After all the sale of my So. Cal home is nearly done and went off as sucessfully as one might imagine. It is a very good market right now, sellers for a private sale without commisions and the like come see me.
