I don't know what the problem is

I don't know what the problem was..
how come when u look at house, especially the corner house, there is like 10-15 feet of side yard available.. How come you can't move the fence out more and have a bigger back yard.. just invites people to trample over your yard more..

There isn't a problem with this fence. You can't move the fence out due to building set-back rules. These rules are not only ours, they are City rules as well. Info for the previous entry------According to the "Standard College Dictionary" the definition of remove is " to take or move away, to take off, to get rid of"

Don't understand

I don't understand why someone can't move their fence line over 5-6 feet to give way to a bigger back yard. Is there some sort of city code that says, on this lot the configuration is this and can't be changed? For example, a family member of mine bought a house from K&B in another subdivision. He has a corner house. His front yard is nice size, but the yard on the side of his house is bigger than his Front & Back yard combined!! Why can't he move his fence over some to have a bigger back yard and give up some side yard...
