Be a COP

Posted in: San Antonio Creekside
We need more C.O.Ps. They drive or walk around our neighborhood during the day or night, looking for people doing things they shouldn't be doing. They call the police station if they notice any thing they believe they should report. The police station will send a police officer out to reslove the problem or crime. Also, they inform residents if their garage door is open and no one is outside, this is a crime waiting to happen. To become a COP, you must attend two 4 hours classes given at the police station. You can ride with a police officer during his duty day, up to 8 hours, less if you want, its up to YOU. These classes inform you about all kinds of things that are really important to you and your family. You learn about drugs and gangs and crime in the city and your neighborhood. Even if you do not desire to become a C.O.P, you will learn about a lot of things the general public don't know, so everyone who can attend should, to find out how to secure your family and property. If you desire to attend these classes, you must fill out an attendance form, which you can get by contacting Wayne at 256-1524 (Safety Chairperson)or Ted (me) at 521-6270. We have to take this down and get you confirmed to attend. So call today, join the team, keep our community safe, be a C.O.P. Thank you!
