i just can't believe that there are so many shameless peope in our neighborhood! if you can't afford to maintain a home, then you shouldn't buy one! i am appalled at the severity of delinquent assessments! what i'd like to know is if any of this delinquency is being reported on these resident's credit reports? for some, it could affect their jobs, which may provide some incentive to pay up. i also think there should be a daily fine for those who have christmas lights hung year round, garage sale signs should prohibited, or at least limited to certain areas, and that leaky vehicles should be ticketed for vandalism. with the hot weather, we have to cut some slack on yards, but it doesn't take much to water, mow, and throw down a little weed and feed once in a while. and those with trashed blinds or other window coverings REALLY make it look like a ghetto for those driving through the neighborhood. is this what you all bought homes for? you should really go back to apartment living if you can't handle the responsibility of home ownership. and you should be adult enough to respect your neighbors.
