Spelling Patrol?

Well, if we are going to be on spelling patrol (didn't find a spell check myself) in this forum, how about grammar patrol too?? Here are the proper rules when to use an apostrophe. (Webster's Dictionary)

USE OF THE APOSTROPHE

Use an apostrophe to indicate the possessive case of nouns and indefinite pronouns.

It was anyone?’s guess.
The girl?’s father arrived. (Indicates the father of one girl)
The girls?’ father arrived. (Indicates the father of more than one girl)
That car of Joe?’s was a wreck.
Scott and Betty?’s possessions were lost in the fire. (Indicates joint ownership of the possessions)
Scott?’s and Betty?’s possessions were lost in the fire. (Indicates separate ownership)
