let's start cracking down on violations, I've seen some homes with burglar bars visible from the street(on senissa springs) rv's parked in the street and in driveways for weeks at a time. many homes with yards out of control(uncut grass, weeds out of control) structures not within the guidelines of the covenants-by laws. Let's all keep Creekside beautiful and a pleasant place to live.

I agree... We all have to put in some time/effort to keep our subdivision nice looking! If you see any send Spectrum a note or give them a ring, more likely they already know about it. They are always ontop of things like that. We, BOD, also make sure of it too!
