As many of you have read, we are looking to make some major improvements to our neighborhood. I just want to get a poll from anyone who reads this to send me a note or reply to this posting as to any future items they wish to see. Thanks for your involvment!

glad to hear or have read that speed bumps are in the near future by the playground area. maybe also a sign that reads, (the yellow ones that have a figure on it) children at play signs slow down.....

Projects

Here are some of the projects we are going through with.

Playground:
Installation of a 4 seater swings in the playground area.

2 more picnic benches for parents to sit on.

Clubhouse:
Pinata Pole so rents can stop using the playground and basketball hoops as a pinata holder. We will put this behind the clubhouse.

Capital Projects:
Possible tennis courts right in front of the playground.

Getting bids on possible Pool project.

Both are big expenditures so we will put to a vote on either one. Once we get total pricing we'll let everyone know..
