My neigbor painted their fence with a power sprayer and got paint all over the side of our house. We asked them how they wanted to resolve this and they said that they can try to clean it with turpentine, but I called the builders and was told that it would probably strip all the paint and repainting in would be better. I let my neighbor know this, but they have not initiated any conversation. I really want to keep this friendly, but I'm not sure what to do at this point. The painting occured over 2 months ago. Any suggestions?

some advice

get in touch with zella or jay at procom. you may or may not get results from your neighbor, but you will certainly get a prompt response from zella and/or jay. they were very quick at responding to a complaint about serous violations next door. the neighbor did correct the problems, however my first brand new vehicle that i only had for two days ended up with a 2 foot long to-the-metal scratch that will cost over $500 to fix. don't let that discourage you from doing the right thing, though. zella and jay can help.

Hello, 1st Call procomm 545-1888 ask for greg tell him the problem.2nd Call the police fill out a report. Just to save you in the long run if it gets bad.

FIRST OF ALL DONT CALL PRO COMM...THEY CANT DO ANYTHING SECONDLY KEEP THE ASSOCIATION OUT OF IT THEY WNOT BE ABLE TO GET IMMEDIATE ACTION...THIS IS WHAT TO DO...FISRT CALL THE POLICE AND FILE A REPORT, THEN OBTAIN A CASE NUMBER FROM THE OFFICER..A COPY OF THE REPORT MAT BE OBTAINED FROM THE SUBSTATION AT 7000 CULEBRA AT LOOP 410 FOR A FEE OF 3 DOLLARS....(FOR FUTURE REFERENCE)...THEN MAKE SURE U SECURE A COUPLE OF PHOTOGRAPHS OF THE DAMAGE, THEN COMES THE EASY PART...YOU CAN DISCUSS THIS MATTER WITH AN ATTORNEY WHO WILL SOMETIMES TAKE THE MATTER AT HAND FOR A RECOVERY FEE FOR DAMAGES (MENTAL ANGUISH IS ALSO A DAMAGE BY THE WAY) I THINK IT IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE THAT THE NEIGHBOR THAT CAUSED THE DAMAGE DIDNT TAKE CARE OF HIS MESS UP ANYWAY...AND IF THE PERSON THAT DID THIS READS THIS IM HERE TO SAY THAT U MUST REALLY BE SOME KIND OF A JERK
