WHAT'S THIS ABOUT THE HOUSE ON SENISA SPRINGS BY THE DITCH THAT HAS CRACKS IN THE FOUNDATION AND THE HOMEOWNER GOT BITE BY A SNAKE AND NOW THERE IS CONCERN THAT THERE ARE MORE SNAKES IN THE WALLS ? TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY THE HOMEOWNER HAS NOW BEEN TOLD THAT HIS HOME IS IN A FLOOD ZONE ?

Snakes & Flood Zone

I spoke to the homeowner and he informed me that yes there were snakes and cracks in his foundation and that over 100 homes in Creekside are indeed in a flood zone. There is a meeting downtown at City Hall 10/12/00 at 4:30 in City Council Chambers with many different Kaufman and Broad Subdivisions represented due to many concerns and compliants to be voiced my many homeowners. Attend if you can. You'd be very surprised at what you will find out.

Could you please keep those of us who didn't attend the meeting posted on what was said? I'd be very curious to know exactly what is going on and how it's going to affect the property value of our neighborhood. Thanks.
