Reward

I was wondering just how many people here in Creekside still want to have a pool by the clubhouse. At the last Assoc. meeting way back in Feb??? the costs were discussed. My family would rather have the money go towards a full-time security service. I don't know how many families would use the pool, but I know that all families would benefit from more security. Don't get me wrong, the COPs folks have done their best to help secure our community, but they can't be watching out for us all the time. If we had a security service patrolling the area 24/7 we might catch these vandals and can also help identify speeders to the police. Just a thought.

I agree. I definitely would like to see security on a 24/7 basis patrolling our neighborhood. Not too long ago, someone tried to break in my sister in-law's vehicle that was parked in front of my house. By having a pool, you are only going to invite others outside our neighborhood to use it and therefore increase more crime. I would not mind paying a little extra for security. I think this issue should be looked into more seriously.

I AGREE WITH THE OTHER REPLIES. THE COST TO MAINTAIN THE POOL IS ASTRONOMICAL. AND I THINK WE GET MORE OUT OF HAVING SECURITY IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD. PLUS HAVING A POOL IS A LIABILITY ISSUE......
