What about these homes with fans in there windows. Like the one as you enter creekside from culebra.What an impression this makes in our community.They still have sheets up for curtins. What a joke.Do they not realize how tacky this looks and i am sure there are more just like them. People go way over board when they purchase a home and can't afford to even put up blinds much less keep the darn fans off the windows. Ilove my neighborhood and work hard at keeping up my property. All it takes is a few bozos to mess it up for all of us..........thank you for that # i will be using it.......

I ABSOLUTELY AGREE WITH VIOLATIONS 2'.
WE'D LIKE TO KEEP CREEKSIDE AN ESTABLISHED PROFFESSIONAL COMMUNITY. BUT UNFORTUNATELY THERE ARE SOME HOUSEHOLDS THAT DON'T KEEP UP THEIR YARD, DON'T PAY MIND TO THE COVENANTS. WE ALL NEED TO CRACK DOWN AND START REPORTING ALL VIOLATIONS TO SPECTRUM. IF NOT JUST THINK WHAT CREEKSIDE WILL LOOK LIKE IN A COUPLE OF YEARS? EVERYONE KNEW THERE WAS AN HOA, IF THEY CAN'T ABIDE BY THE RULES THEN I SUGGEST THEY MOVE TO A COMMUNITY WHERE THEY CAN DO WHATEVER THEY WANT AND LET THEIR PROPERTY VALUE GO DOWN. A HOUSE IS ONE OF THE BIGGEST INVESTMENTS YOU'LL EVER MAKE. SO LETS ALL PROTECT IT......
