I have a neighbor that lives at 9847 Lauren Mist that has too many cars. I've been told that they have been giving numerous warnings from Spectrum. My house located across the street is for sale as the USAF has relocated me to Ohio. Since they have too many cars, they have taken to parking in front of my house. Today I'm told they are blocking my driveway, and there is a prospective buyer looking at my house. I've contacted Spectrum without success yet as they are always closed when I need them. Help, what should I do.

Parking

Have you tried talking to this neighbor and asking them to respect your wishes by not parking in front of your house? You might want to talk to nearby neighbors and find out if they are having the same problems. If so, then you might want to ask them to voice their concerns with this neighbor. This might encourage your neighbor to abide with your (and your other neighbors) request(s). If this approach does not work, I suggest calling SAPD.
